1. Booking Confirmation

1.1 A booking is considered confirmed once full payment is
received.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

2.1. Cancellations made by the client are subject to the
following conditions:

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled
booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before the
scheduled booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total
amount.

Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before the
scheduled booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total
amount.

Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the
scheduled booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 75% of the total
amount.

Cancellations made within 7 days before the scheduled
booking will be charged at 100% of the total amount.

2.2. Larapinta Express retains the right to cancel or adjust
bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including bad weather
conditions or insufficient bookings. Under such circumstances, clients will be
provided with alternative arrangements or a full refund.

2.3 Cancellation by the client during the hike due to
unforeseen circumstances, such as injury, will not be eligible for
reimbursement.

2.4 No refunds will be issued for any unused booked
services. Any services within your booking that are not used or are used only
partially will not be refunded. 

3. Transfers & Food Drops

3.1 You must be at your pick-up point 10 minutes before the
scheduled time. If you fail to be there, we may leave without you. In such
instances, we will not be responsible for any resulting losses, including
financial losses due to changes in accommodation, flights, etc.

3.2 Only people included in the booking will be allowed in
the vehicle.

3.3 Larapinta Express is not responsible for any loss,
damage, theft, or other loss involving items placed in the food drop
containers.

3.4 Short notice modifications: While we will do our very
best to fulfil a short-notice modification, we cannot guarantee this will
always be possible due to the limitations of booking commitments, staff
availability and limited vehicle availability. You might be asked to cover
additional costs for the transfer.

4. GEAR RETRIEVAL

Gear retrieval must be pre-booked when the original booking
is made.

Any personal items, gear, food or equipment you place in your container for
retrieval is done so at your own risk. 

While the risks of theft and damage are rare, we do not accept any
responsibility for any theft, damage or otherwise, to any personal items, gear,
food or equipment you place in your container for retrieval.
If you terminate your hike early, before we can retrieve and return it to
you, you will be responsible for any postage, shipping and handling fees if you
want it sent to you.

5. Luggage storage 

Your Baggage is stored in secure storage and is protected from
potential theft, loss or damage.

While we make every effort to ensure your baggage is kept secure, we do not
accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft caused to your baggage
while in our possession.

6. Liability

Larapinta Express assumes no liability for any loss, damage,
injury, or expense sustained by clients during their hike, except in cases
where such incidents are attributable to the negligence or deliberate
misconduct of Larapinta Express or its employees.

7. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly
during their transfer. Any behaviour deemed disruptive, offensive, or dangerous
by Larapinta Express employees may result in expulsion from the transfer
without a refund.

By booking with Larapinta Express, clients acknowledge and
agree to adhere to these terms and conditions. Larapinta Express reserves the
right to amend or revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior
notification.
